What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is 4:00 pm, and check-out is 11:00 am.

Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?

Early check-in and late check-out are based on availability. Please make arrangements for early arrival or late check-out in advance. If we are unable to accommodate your request, your luggage can be stored for you.

How much do you charge for Wi-Fi internet access?

Wi-Fi access is included in the resort fee.

What are the options for parking?

We offer valet parking with in-and-out privileges, and it is included in the resort fee.

Can I store my bags before I check-in or after I check-out?

Yes, the front desk will hold them for you until you’re ready.

Do you offer extra beds or cribs?

Rollaway beds are based on availability and are $25 per night. Cribs are complimentary also based on availability.

Policies

What is the guestroom cancellation policy?

Reservations must be canceled by 4:00 pm 48 hours prior to arrival to receive a refund if your room rate has a deposit. Reservations canceled after 4:00 pm 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged for the first night plus tax.

Are pets allowed?

Dogs are welcomed at hotel ZOSO for a non-refundable fee of $50 per stay. Dog-friendly rooms are limited and subject to availability. Advance reservations are required, and all stays including a canine must adhere to our dog guidelines.

Is smoking allowed on property?

Hotel ZOSO is a non-smoking facility. A $250 cleaning fee will be applied to your bill if this notice is disregarded.

What are the taxes and fees on my reservation?

The Resort Fee is $36 plus tax ($42.05), 13.5% Occupancy Tax, 3% Tourism Fee, and California Tourism Fee 0.25%.

Do you have a resort fee? What is included in the resort fee?

Yes, the resort fee is $36 per night plus tax and is applied to all reservations. The resort fee includes high-speed wireless internet, overnight valet parking for one vehicle, airport shuttle service, in-room coffee, in-room bottled water, Sonifi in-room streaming service, fax service, and unlimited local and long-distance phone calls.

Is there a minimum age requirement to check-in?

Yes, guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in.

What is the credit authorization at check-in?

At check-in, an authorization will be placed on your credit card for the total amount of your reservation rate and resort fee plus tax, and an additional $100 USD per stay in anticipated incidental charges. A valid credit card authorized to cover room and tax, plus $100 USD per stay for incidentals, must be presented upon check-in. You may pay your final amount owed via credit card or cash upon departure. If you will not be checking in but would like to pay for a guest’s stay, please contact reservations at 760.325.9676. Guests are not required to settle their account with the credit card used at the time of check-in.

I booked on a website other than hotelzosopalmsprings.com, and I need to change my reservation. How do I do this?

Please contact the website where your original reservation was created to make changes to your stay. These changes will then be reflected in our system.

Amenities

Do you have a pool? If so, what are the hours?

Yes, we have an outdoor swimming pool open from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm, every day. Pool capacity is limited to 50 people at a time. No reservations required, and seating is first-come, first-served.

Do you offer shuttle service to and from the airport?

Yes, we offer shuttle service to and from Palm Springs International Airport and the cost is included in the resort fee. The shuttle is available from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Advance reservations are required and can be arranged with the Front Desk.

What are the hours of the restaurant?

The Kitchen is open daily for breakfast from 8:00 am to 11:00 am, and lunch from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Do you offer room service? What are the hours?

Yes, we are currently offering in-room dining, and it is available from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm daily. You will find a room service menu located on your guestroom TV.

Do you have a spa? If so, what are the hours and treatments available?

In the interest of public health and to adhere to the Governor’s recent proclamation, we have temporarily suspended operations at our spa until further notice. Please contact the hotel directly for updates at 760.325.9676. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Do you have a fitness center? If so, what are the hours, and what kind of equipment does it have?

Yes, we have a state-of-the-art fitness center open 24/7. There is a variety of exercise machines from treadmills, elliptical machines, a stretching area, and more. Please limit to 4 guests at a time.

Do you have a business center?

We do not have a business center or kiosk. The Front Desk can assist you with any printing needs. Please email your documents to reservations@hotelzosopalmsprings.com

Is there nightlife entertainment onsite? If so, what are the hours?

What's the best way to settle my account?

All personal accounts are payable at or before check-out time. We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover Card. And of course, we will accept cash.

When is housekeeping service?

Service is Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Sunday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. Please place the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the front of your door to decline the service. For stayover service, your guestroom is refreshed on the second night and for additional nights, please request housekeeping service with the Front Desk..

What are the instructions to use the guestroom telephone?

Dial 7 + room number for calls to guestrooms. For outside calls, dial 9 + then the number including area code.

Do you offer dry cleaning and laundry services?

We do not offer laundry or dry cleaning on property. The Front Desk is happy to provide nearby dry cleaning services.

Where can I get ice for my guestroom?

Ice machines are available 24/7 and are located on each floor.

I lost an item, or I found an item, what should I do?

If you lose or find an item, please immediately contact the Front Desk for assistance.

Do you offer luggage assistance?

Yes, we would be delighted to assist, please contact the Front Desk, and one of our team members will help you.

Are you able to mail something for me?

Out-bound mail may be left at the Front Desk for pick up once a shipping label has been created.
